*New York Law Journal’s List Of Top Verdicts And Settlements For 2015* The results for 2015 are in, and Block O’Toole & Murphy, LLP once again obtained more multi-million dollar personal injury results than any other firm in New York State, and by a wide margin. Each year, the verdicts and settlements collected by Verdict Search (an ALM Publication) are organized by category and published in the New York Law Journal. The 2015 edition was released this week, and we are proud to say that BOM’s history of dominance has most definitely continued. Indeed, according to this annual list, BOM has had the most multi-million dollar awards in the State every single year since 2012.
In 2015, BOM secured 7 of the top 25 overall results in the entire State, which is more than double the number of top 25 results obtained by the second place law firm. That includes our firm procuring the 5th and 7th largest results for the year. On top of that, BOM had the number 1 overall result in a number of different categories, including construction accidents, workplace negligence, labor law and 3 separate motor vehicle collision categories. BOM also had the most top results in the entire State in the categories of construction accidents and workplace accidents.
