Legal Representation for The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC)
Representing Injured Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers in New York
The International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC), founded in 1865, is the oldest continuous union in North America, representing trowel trades craftworkers in the United States and Canada. Union members include men and women who are bricklayers, stone and marble masons, cement masons, plasterers, tile setters, terrazzo and mosaic workers, and pointers/cleaners/caulkers.
Over the years, the union has advocated for fair wages, good benefits, safe working conditions, and solidarity among members. The overall goal is simple: Protect the rights of our members.
The attorneys at Block O’Toole & Murphy are proud to represent members of this historic union who have experienced injuries on the job from falls, equipment and scaffolding failure, and other injury-causing accidents. With over $850 million in awards and settlements over the years, many of which were for workers injured on the job, we are well positioned to help members of the BAC obtain justice.
