Good Samaritan Verdict Honored Among Biggest Verdicts in New York

Block & O’Toole was recognized in the New York Law Journal’s “Book of Lists ’08” for recording one of the highest verdicts in New York Courts in 2007. They achieved a verdict of $32 million in Dunne v. Lloyd. Mr. Dunne was seriously injured by a woman driving while impaired.
