Plaintiff was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Morgan Avenue and Grand Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Deft. 4G’s vehicle, leased to Deft. Arenson Furniture, was making a turn when the driver lost control and hit Deft. Ghigliotty’s vehicle, which then hit Plaintiff’s vehicle.

Plaintiff sustained herniated lumbar discs at L4-5 and L5-S1 and a compression fracture at C-5. Plaintiff underwent a decompressive laminotomy/facetectomy at L4-5.
